Do I need a card to start?
No. When your access is approved you get fourteen days free without one. If you haven't added a card by the end, we pause the workspace rather than send a bill.
Can I bring my customers with me?
Yes. Drop a spreadsheet into Photon, CSV or Excel. It checks for duplicates first, and adds nothing until you say so.
Where does my data live?
In London. Each workspace is walled off at the database, every change is audited, and passkeys and two-step sign-in come as standard. Our sub-processors are listed in full.
What's a Photon Token?
A unit of Photon's work. A reply or a draft is one, a review is three, a QBR deck is five. The feed, deal scores and pacing don't use any, and a failed call is refunded.
